Diving as Part of Romanian Tourism
At the Tourism Fair – Building Partnerships for Diving
Our participation in the Tourism Fair represented an important step in promoting recreational diving as part of Romania's tourism offer.
The first day was dedicated to meeting people, exchanging ideas and identifying new opportunities for collaboration. We spoke with tourism professionals, travel agency representatives and partners interested in developing new experiences for visitors.
The second day focused on meetings with travel agencies. We began discussions about how diving could be integrated into tourism packages in Romania and how Romanian diving instructors could gain greater visibility through travel agencies.
We want travel agencies to include diving in their offers and support instructors in Romania, giving them access to tourists looking for authentic, educational and distinctive experiences.
Why This Initiative Matters
Romania has strong potential for the development of diving tourism, both along the Black Sea coast and in other areas suitable for exploration, education and adventure.
- Promoting Romanian diving instructors and diving centers;
- Creating new and attractive tourism experiences;
- Developing active and responsible tourism;
- Connecting travel agencies with diving professionals;
- Increasing the visibility of recreational diving in Romania.
Our Objective
Through Asociația Ape Limpezi și Albastre, we aim to build bridges between the diving community, instructors, diving centers, travel agencies and tourists looking for memorable experiences.
